Gaju kallu

Hi all,

         As i mentioned in my previous posts, this is my first story which got published in Koumudi magazine in July,2010 .

        When this story got published, i was on an assignment in UK and after seeing this story in the magazine, i was on cloud nine.!!!!

       Since it was my first published story, i was so happy...it took nearly 8 years for me to get this done.

      After so many unpublished stories and debacles, i got a break through.


However, there is a small inspiration and a story behind this which i wanted to share with  you all.

One day, i was on my way back to chennai from vishakapatnam by howrah express, i came across this incident.

In railway station, my close friend nagesh and his wife gave me some eatables forcefully even though i was rejecting as i was already having a food parcel which my mother packed for me.

   if i could have stopped them from giving that parcel, My story wouldn't have come out...
